Scope: Running a restaurant can already be challenging without having to manage an online presence. Sociavore provides restaurants with the resources to create a website that can easily manage eCommerce, menus, bookings, social media and guest profiles.

Direction: Given the unique customer journey, we focused on how Sociavore's restaurant-specific tools, improve the guest experience from social media to their last bite.
