A journey that started off with Alex buying his dream car, a 1972 BMW 3.0 CS for $600. Being a filmmaker, naturally, documenting and posting the story on Youtube was a given. With no real mechanical experience but an obsession with cars and learning new things, he set off trying to navigate his way building his dream car.
This ongoing series goes beyond the joys of wrenching. Outlawed Motors is our lab to explore new filming techniques, storytelling methods, along with new mediums and formats.
